Prices
All delivery charges are included in the cost of the item.
Colours
Customers should note that due to the nature of different internet
browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly
different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but
we are sure that all customers will be delighted with their items upon
receipt.

Delivery
Pictures should be delivered within 10 days of receipt of payment.
Orders paid for by cheque should be delivered within 14 days of receipt
of payment to allow for your cheque to clear. Delivery is by Royal
Mail Special Delivery. All items will need to be signed for on receipt.
Occasionally, due to high demand, your order may take a little
longer before despatch - no longer than 14 days. You will be notified
by email on receipt of your order of the anticipated despatch date.
If you have not been notified of an extended dispatch date and you
have still not received your items within 14 days please contact us.

Returns & Refunds
We do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase
from Framed. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged we will
make every effort to ensure a replacement ASAP.
We check our work carefully, if we have made a mistake then we will
either replace the item or refund your money. To obtain a refund please
contact customer services we will collect the faulty goods and credit
your card or send you a cheque.
However, if the mistake is on your order form (it does happen) then
we reserve the right to charge the full amount for replacement of the
item.
Cancellations
If, for any reason, you change your mind and wish to cancel your order
you must inform us before the assembly of the picture, usually within
3 days of receipt of your payment.
We will refund the full purchase price of the item within 30 days of
the order being cancelled. If the order was by credit or debit card
then the refund will appear on your next statement.

If you have any complaints about our service, please email us at
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
We will attempt to resolve all complaints within 28 days of the date
your complaint is received.
At all stages during the complaints process we will advise you, via
email, of the steps we are taking to resolve the matter.
Our Rights
All content & images displayed on the Framed website are the property
of Framed and are copyright under licence.
In no circumstances may you re-use or reproduce in any way, any of
the images on this site, and no copying of the image is allowed.
Anyone using or purchasing from Framed is deemed to have read and understood
the above terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in compliance
with current UK & EU law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
